Mailbird is a bit more of a conventional email client, but it works very well with Gmail accounts. The program is supported by ads, though you can pay a yearly subscription to remove them.ĭownload WunderMail for Windows, free or $9.99 a year for WunderMail Premium. You’re also able to see an unread email count on the Windows taskbar if you like-perhaps one advantage over using the web interface. You’re able to customize the look of the desktop client in a variety of ways, and there’s a dark mode available too. The interface that WunderMail uses manages to be both straightforward to use and stuffed with functionality: Getting messages starred or archived only takes a single click, for example, while quick actions via swipes are supported too-meaning you can power through your inbox even faster if you’re using a touchscreen laptop or tablet. It’s nicely designed and speedy in use, but only available for Windows right now. WunderMail interfaces tightly with Gmail to bring you just about everything that’s available on the web into the desktop client, including the labels that you’ve set up and the categories that Google’s algorithms automatically sort your messages into. There’s a free version, a $59.95 Pro version, and a $250 Business Pro option, both one-time payments. Key Gmail features from the web interface are carried over, including the option to snooze emails and bring back messages that you’ve just sent, plus support for labels (which are called tags inside the eM Client interface)-and you can integrate the app with your calendars and contacts as well if you need to.ĭownload eM Client for Windows or macOS. Getting your Gmail account connected is really straightforward, too, and only takes a few seconds. You’ve got options covering everything from encryption, to the color scheme of the interface, to whether or not you want emails synced for offline access (handy if you know you’re going to be traveling). It’s available for Windows and macOS, and it’s free for personal use for up to two email accounts. This isn’t a program that’s been specifically designed for Gmail, like Kiwi or Mimestream, but it’s an excellent, all-round program that will capably handle your Gmail inbox and any of the other inboxes you want to plug into it. You can try the app for free for 14 days, but after that you’ll need to sign up for one of the subscription plans.ĭownload Mimestream for macOS, from $4.99 a month after a free trial. You can manage multiple Gmail accounts through the software, and there are some smart integrations with Google Contacts and Google Calendar as well.Īmong the extras offered by Mimestream, you’ll find automatic email tracking protection, as well as the option to see profile pictures from your Apple Contacts app rather than the Google Contacts app, if you prefer. If there’s a feature that Gmail offers, from marking emails as less important to bringing back sent messages, chances are that Mimestream offers it. You get the same labels, filters, and keyboard shortcuts as you do in the web app, all wrapped in a clean and clutter-free interface that puts the focus on your conversation threads. Mimestream is a desktop email client that’s been built specifically with Gmail in mind-though it’s only available on macOS for now. You can’t try out Kiwi for free, just dirt cheap-personal plans start at $2.75 a month, with more features and options available as you go higher.ĭownload Kiwi for Windows or macOS, from $2.75 a month. Icons around the edges of the interface give you access to other Google apps (including Google Calendar and Google Docs), as well as additional Gmail accounts. Keyboard shortcuts are supported as well. While the core Kiwi experience is more or less the same as Gmail on the web, it makes a real difference being freed from the browser: Notifications can be handled by the operating system for example, and you can send files to Gmail straight from File Explorer or Finder. It’s well worth a look if you have both personal and work-related Gmail inboxes, for example, and you can switch between them with a click. Kiwi has a lot of cool Gmail tricks to make use of, not least the clever way that it lets you access emails from several Google accounts inside the same interface. I am aware of the silencer issue, and from the commentary I have read and what research I have done, it does indeed appear to be a grey area. As far as state and local laws, it would be wise to check.Ģ. These kinds of guns are readily available over the counter without any special fees, paperwork, or other red tape to deal with. There are no Federal regulations regarding a full-auto air gun since they are not firearms. Think I have a hobby? LOL! Anyway, I'll hit the points brought up in the thread.ġ. Last year picked up both of the Umarex Steel Storm and the EBOS, then later on got a Drozd Bumblebee at a price I couldn't refuse. I know it's a sweeping generalisation but I'd say 99 times out of a hundred whenever I've faced someone with a high RoF gun they've been trigger happy, overkilling, team killing non-hit taking idiots.I could write a bit on this one. That said my biggest issue with high Rof monsters isn't the guns, it's the dickheads that usually use them. 60 rpm is plenty to suppress a target if you can land shots on target reliably! It's about being able to sustain a rate of fire that stops the target from firing back - if you have such a high RoF on your airsoft gun that you're going to spunk through all your ammo in no time flat then you've kind of missed the point really. If you think that suppressive fire has to be loads of shots on target at as high a rate as possible then you're just plain wrong (the sustained rate of fire on an M249 is only 100rpm for example). High RoF guns are usually the by product of trying to achieve good trigger resonse but to me, honestly I don't see the point. Unless you really like seeing the errors of bad teching and simply just taking the pi$$ too muchĮase up - tweak a stock gun to 20 to 25 and it will last, your mags should feed ok and you won't look like a fully understand anyone that justifies doing something with "because I can". So the last thing I'd advise anybody to do is simply go nutz I have broke loads taking the pi$$ and learnt a lot - still learning It is the PLAYER - not the gun that wins the game Watch a good player at work and see how they often switch to pistol - gas blowback but nigh on most are single shot onlyĪs they switch to pistol they glide and really is an awsome sight site to watch from the dead zone The best players often just use semi only having a slightly faster gun only for trigger response than actual high rof on auto Many on here go down the more sensible route on getting into 20'sĢ1rps on stock gears up to say 29rps on 12:1 gears but there is more work to be done with higher speed even high 20's Your mags probably won't feed very well at 30+rpsĪnd you will be called a dick if you spray n pray or light people up with overkill If most of the above makes little sense - google some tutorials upīUT KNOW THIS - your gun will crap out quicker Tbh keep it at 365mm M4 size that should allow you to SS 4 teeth Plus I don't wanna be know as that known as some but not THAT you go down the short stroking route I'd say ya barrel max is gonna be 400mm ish I feel we don't have to inflate our ego's or rof as much as some others. (tbh I'd say 250 that is why most dsg's are either ak74 G36c or short M4's)ĭSG's are really for poops n giggles project - they really ain't used that much in UK Ultra long barrel is out the window for a startĭSG's can only provide enough volume of air for about 275mm Again, you might want to try both ways and see what you prefer. I had read somewhere a long time ago that ceramic tiles act like a heat press in that they absorb the heat (or something like that!!) and causes the iron on vinyl to adhere stronger. Do not wash your item for at least 24 hours after you apply the HTV. I have never pre-washed my shirts and haven’t had a problem but you might want to try both and see what works best for you. When I read the instructions on the holographic iron on, it said to prewash the shirts to prevent shrinkage that might occur after. Some say some of the chemicals in detergent can cause the iron on to not adhere as well so to not wash them first. Regarding washing your shirts first… I have read mixed opinions on this. Once you have the first layer down, you don’t want your iron to touch the HTV without a barrier or it can melt. I get them on Amazon here but you could also use wax paper or parchment paper. You will also see me using teflon sheets. You can barely notice it, but it’s probably best not to fold the thicker iron ons! However, if you look at the pictures you can barely see it! After, place the vinyl structure on the base material with the shiny side raise. I usually fold my HTV in half to get the center, but the holographic left a little crease in it when I did it with an iron. In this video, I’m using Cricut holographic iron on which said to set the iron to wool setting. It’s best to follow the instructions on the heat transfer vinyl that you are using. It has an adaptable tool system that allows you to cut more materials. The 2nd machine type is the Cricut Maker. It will also draw using a set of Cricut Pens. The Cricut Explore series will cut out vinyl, iron-on vinyl, some leathers, paper, party supplies, etc. I know most of you probably don’t have a heat press, so I made a video on how to iron on vinyl with an iron. There are 2 main types of Cricut Machines. If you’d like to learn more about a heat press, how to use it and to see a video of it in action with applying the “God Bless America” file to a pillowcase, check out my heat press post by clicking here. I don’t have HTV peeling off like I used to after a few washes. I love it and use it all the time! Mine covers a 15×15 inch section and presses everything evenly. I usually use a heat press to apply iron on. So, let’s finish this project! Once you have all your HTV weeded, you are ready to put apply it to your fabric. Step Two on cutting and weeding iron on vinyl can be found here. This is where I have video tutorials on designing a file in Cricut Design Space and also how to upload a file to CDS.
